ZIGGY CHEN, the personal brand of Chinese emerging designer Chen Xiang, is deeply influenced by the atmosphere of novel and classical, east and west, and is good at combining Chinese style and simple aesthetics. The A/W 20/21 collection uses wool, linen and cotton to make organic clothing with infinite power. It shows oriental aesthetics which blends modern sensibility and eternity, delivering a classical and elegant feeling.
Classic black and white checks are mostly applied to outerwear, shirts and jackets. The checkerboard knitwear is added by fringes and breakage on cuffs and hemline, perfectly combining wearability and simple aesthetics.
ZIGGY CHEN uses organic cotton and recycled yarns for its clothing, and employs environmentally-friendly technology for dyes and finishing. It raises the proportion of sustainable materials. As for styles, a simple silhouette and asymmetry also reinforce the chic feel.
